These rooms are small,..... they are however still well beyond the level of comfort the former resident's, The Christian Brothers were used to. Charming and quaint with a Queen bed and a tiled en suite. The rooms are also centrally heated. A complimentary continental breakfast in the Dining room is provided as is all day free parking and Wi-Fi. A laptop is available for emails in the main Guest lounge.. Only 6 minutes walk downhill to the City centre, restaurants and bars. Add in a complimentary drink ( served in the early evening in the main Guest lounge) and this is great value if you do not mind a small room!!
If you think you might arrive after 6pm please advise at time of booking or call (free phone 0800 477004) the night before or the morning of the day of arrival at which time you will be given details of the door code and room number etc. Reception closes at 6pm. Thank you

A credit card is required to secure the booking. No charge will be taken at the time of the booking. (for direct bookings only) except for "Special events" such as rugby test games and concerts full payment will be required at time of booking and refunds will only be given if cancelled 3 months prior to the event date. Special event dates will be shown in the room inclusions ( Unfortunately at the moment these "room inclusions" are only showing on Desktop computers)
The Brothers is strictly a non smoking Hotel including all indoor areas, car park and grounds. There is however one designated area on the ground floor balcony area where smoking is permitted and ashtrays provided. Smoking in your room will incur cleaning costs and may also include a call out fee from the Fire Service
There will be a small charge in the event of the loss of your room key. Any damage found to be the responsibility of the Guest will incur all fair and reasonable charges for replacement and or repairs including collection costs.

Cancellation Policy
Because of our size cancellations made within 7 days to 48 hours before commencement of stay will incur a 50% charge of all room nights booked. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before commencement of stay will incur 100% charge for all room nights booked. If the rooms are able to be rebooked then charge will not apply. Different conditions apply for bookings made through Booking.com
