Check - out time is 1000 - bookings not accepted after5pm - unless arranged prior with reception. We can arrange to leave a key out for you after hours.
PLEASE PARK AT 45 DEGREE ANGLE OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM AND ONLY ONE CAR PARK PER ROOM PLEASE - CONSIDER OTHER GUESTS PLEASE !
All rooms are non-smoking .
In the interests of all guests, only the registered occupants of each room are permitted to remain in that room after midnight.
DAMAGE to rooms - caused by Guests whereby the room is unusable will incur a charge for the following night at that nightly rate.
In addition, the Guest will be liable for any cost associated with having to replace equipment that is deemed beyond repair.
Parking - NO TRUCKS - CARAVANS - TRAILERS. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicles. We take no responsibility for damage to vehicles parked on Motel property.
Payment Policy
To secure every booking, lodgement of credit card details is mandatory.
Lodging false/invalid credit card information is a criminal offense and will immediately cause your reservation to be cancelled.
Payment is not processed until day of check-in.

No penalty will be incurred for cancellations where 48hrs notice prior to check-in time is provided. Failure to cancel will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night rate. This penalty will be charged to the credit card you have lodged as security to hold your reservation
Room Rates applicable for each room are displayed on the days/dates of occupancy. Children under the age of 12 are included in the room rate, 12 and over are treated as an additional adult and attract the applicable charge.
For bookings made more than 9 months in advance, the rates displayed are provisional.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty will be incurred for cancellations where 48 hours notice prior to check-in time is provided. This applies to individual bookings only.
Cancellations inside 48 hours will incur a cost equivalent to 1st nights accommodation.
For your own protection, we strongly recommend that all customers secure Travel Insurance.
GROUP/MULTIPLE ROOM RESERVATIONS POLICY (other than Conferences)
Any person who reserves 3 rooms or more, over 60 days in advance without the *personal details of actual room occupants is subject to Motel Policy as follows.
As Privacy Laws prohibit Motel staff from divulging/discussing reservations information to third parties, the person holding the multiple room reservations must collect/ coordinate the *personal details of proposed room occupants.
At 60 days, the person holding multiple room reservations must agree to email *personal details of all room occupants to: info@bundanoonmotel.com.au
Failure to comply with this Motel Policy will result in such reservations being cancelled
* Personal details:
1. Name of (1) person who will be recorded as the person who will Register on the first day of occupancy
2. Number of occupants 12 and over (adults)
3. Number of occupants under 12 (children)
4. Email address
5. Contact (mobile) telephone number
6. Credit Card details: Name, Number, Expiry date (payment is not taken until check-in)
7. Expected time of arrival
Any room(s) that remain unallocated at 60 days will be deemed vacant .
