Terms & Conditions

No payment will be taken upon the time of the booking. Credit card details are only used to secure the booking and full payment will be taken on the day of arrival.

If this reservation is cancelled the day before arrival / check-in, a 50% cancellation fee applies (no cancellation penalties prior to this time). The total price of the reservation will be charged if the guest cancels on the day of check-in, or if they do not arrive.

We must be notified by 5pm of any late arrivals as reception closes at this time and alternative arrangements would have to be made prior to arrival.

If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Totals listed here are estimated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at time of Check-in.

A pet fee of $20 per pet will be charged for anyone having a pet stay in the rooms, to cover cleaning incidentals.

Please be advised that our rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed in non-pet friendly rooms. A cleaning fee of $200 will be applied to your bill if this is not adhered to.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel, please do so 24 hours before due day of arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.

Cancellation fee is as per your booking agreement.
