Payment Policy
PAYMENT POLICY:
A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to secure the booking. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival if paying by credit card, or ten days in advance if paying by direct deposit or cheque.
A deposit equal to 50% of the tariff is required for peak periods of Christmas, January and Easter, payable 3 months in advance, with the balance due on arrival.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex), direct deposit or cheque. ALL bookings, including those paid by direct deposit or cheque, can not be confirmed without a credit card.
Credit Card Surcharge:
Payments made with Visa, MasterCard or Amex will each incur a 1.5% surcharge. This surcharge is not displayed on your reservation, it is added automatically when your credit card is processed.

Cheques should be made payable to Jetty Road Retreat, c/ 210 Nungurner Road, NUNGURNER, VIC, 3909. Cheques must be received no later than 10 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Outside of peak periods, a full refund of deposit (less $30 administrative fee) will be payable for cancellations received with a minimum of 7 days' notice.
During peak periods, deposits will only be refunded provided 30 days' notice is given, and the unit can be re-let for the same period.
