All reservations, bookings and inquires can be made by email or phone and will be replied to within 24 hours. For instant confirmation please reserve via our website. You must be 18 years or over to make a reservation. A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking.
There is no charge for all children less than two years old. A cot and highchair is complimentary, subject to availability. All children between two years and 12 years old are charged an additional rate of $25 per night per child. Additional adults and children over 12 are charged $50 per person per night. Any type of extra bed or child's crib or cot is available upon request and needs to be confirmed. Pets are not allowed. Check-in from 2pm. Check-out 10am. Subject to the accommodation status on the day of departure, late checkout may be available. Please check with reception should you require this facility. In some instances there maybe a late checkout fee.
Each guest signing the guest registration form acknowledges all charges as personal indebtedness. If payment is by credit card, authorisation is being given to charge your account for the total amount due. Each guest signing the guest registration form also acknowledges that they are responsible for all other members of their party, that smoking in any apartment will incur an extra charge and that damage, theft or extraordinary cleaning will also incur extra charges. A safe is provided for the deposits of valuables. The Lodges management and staff assume no responsibility for loss of money or other valuables and we are not responsible for articles left in your room or vehicles.
Loss of room keys will incur a cost of $40.

Payment Policy
FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED ON CHECK IN DAY AND WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE CREDIT CARD THAT IS SUPPLIED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
The Lodges At Transport World require a valid credit card number to secure your booking.
All rates quoted are in New Zealand dollars on a per night basis and include GST of 15%. All accounts must be settled directly with The Lodges At Transport World. The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24hrs of the booking a 100% fee applies. An early departure fee of $100.00 maybe charged if guest’s checkout prior to their departure date.
