Terms & Conditions

* A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking
* Balance payable 2 weeks before arrival. Credit card will be charged and receipt emailed.
* Check in after 2pm, check out by 10am unless prior arrangements are made. Late checkout fee may apply.
* Date changes only permitted more than 30 days cottages, 60 days lodge prior to booking
* Min 2 night stay weekend, single nights allowed weekdays only and paid in FULL
* Bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival, full payment required
* Payments can be accepted by VISA, Mcard, AMEX, EFTPOS, DIRECT DEPOSIT and CASH.
* 1% surcharge applies to Visa, Mcard, 2.0% Amex,
* No smoking inside accommodation.
* EV (Electric Vehicles) are permitted to be charged through a 10 amp lead. ($15 per overnight charge fee applies)
* Dogs permitted under special conditions ( please discuss with owners )
* An extra cleaning fee of $25 for cottages or $50 for Lodge will be charged if accommodation is left unsatisfactory.
* Any damage must be reported to owners, charges may apply.
* If extra guests are staying than confirmed, additional charges will need to be paid
* By making a payment you are accepting our conditions of stay and authorise us to charge your credit card for any damages, excessive cleaning, smoking inside cottages, theft, pets inside accommodation and extra guests

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation more than 30 days Cottages or 60 days Lodge, prior to checkin will be refunded.
* Cancellations or date changes less than 30 days Cottages or 60 days Lodge, prior to checkin, NO changes or REFUNDS will be issued, unless dates can be fully rebooked.
Full payment is required.
