Payment Policy
1. Prepay rate to be fully paid within 24 hours of making the reservation, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
a) Please transfer your full payment (via online banking or bank deposit) to Siam Commercial Bank SCB Account Number: 165-283949-5 (1000 Stars Ltd.)
b) Upon successful payment, please email 1000stars.chiangrai@gmail.com or call +66 83 8481000 to inform us about your payment, after which your booking will be secured.
2. For customers who booked from the 1000 Stars online booking website, credit card details that you have provided are for booking guarantee purposes only. Your credit card will not be charged.
3. Date changes to the reservation are allowed up to 12 noon local time, 14 days before arrival. Date changes may result in a change to the overall cost of the reservation.
a) A change resulting in a higher cost: additional prepayment charge for the difference from original prepayment amount to be fully paid within 24 hours of making the change, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and all prepayment will be forfeited.
b) A change resulting in a lower cost: the difference from original prepayment amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy
1. Date changes after 14 days before arrival are not allowed.
2. Prepayment for this rate is non-refundable. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
3. Modifying Your Reservation
a) You may change the dates or length-of-stay of your reservation, which may result in a rate change.
b) Your current prepay rate may be available if your modified reservation is made up to 12 noon local time, 14 days before your expected arrival.
