Hotel Policy:
• Check-in time is 14.00 hrs until 23:59 PM. Check-out time is 12.00 hrs. If check-out after 12.00 hrs., a late check-out charge will be applied. (500฿/hour)
• Each of our rooms is limited to the number of guests registered in the room should there be any changes regarding the number of occupancies, guests can inform us upon check-in.
• Passport or ID Card is strictly required to check-in.
• Cannabis and smoking are strictly prohibited on the Hotel premises.
• Durian and Mangosteen are not allowed in the guestrooms. There will be a fine of 2,000 THB fee per room for thorough cleaning services charged to the rooms, to restore them to their original condition.
• The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling caused by deliberate, accidental, negligent, or reckless acts of the guests to the Hotel's property or structure.
• One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
