Terms & Conditions

Check In - 4.00pm

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES. Your accommodation will be available for arrival at 4.00pm on your nominated check-in date. Guests will receive access codes via text on the day of arrival. Should access be available prior to 4.00pm you will be contacted advising availability of early check-in.

Check Out - 10.00am

Pets - Pets not allowed.

7 nights: Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday
7 Night minimum stay may apply during July school holidays.
5 or 7 Night minimum stays may apply during Peak Season.

No responsibility or liability is accepted or undertaken by the owner of Forty Nine Post Office Lane, its employees, agents or contractors for any death, injury, accident, damage to personal property (including baggage) or any other matter arising from any act, omission or thing outside of their control.

Payment Policy

Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking must be received at time of booking before a reservation can be confirmed. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being automatically cancelled without notice.

Final payment of the remaining 50% of the total cost must be received no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date (Winter) or 30 days prior to the arrival date (Summer). Bookings made within 30 days of arrival will require full payment at time of booking, Failure to make final payment on time will result in the booking being automatically cancelled without notice.

Security Deposit: A $750 bond will be added to your final payment and held for the duration of your stay. Bonds will be refunded in full within 5 working days from departure subject to condition* of accommodation.

*Damage, unacceptable cleanliness and/or missing items will cause a full or partial non-refundable bond.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking must be received in writing via email to fortyninepolane@bigpond.com

COVID-19
We remain hopeful the winter ski season will commence early July with government permission, and we are taking bookings with the intention this will occur. Should Government placed restrictions prevent travel due to COVID-19, full reimbursement of payments received will be made (excluding credit card fees).

In the event guests' choose to cancel a booking due to reasons other than COVID-19 Government enforced policy (i.e. insufficient snow, unsuitable dates, ski resorts limiting options) please be advised standard winter cancellation policies still apply.

Cancellation fees will be charged on confirmed bookings as follows:

1. Bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.
2. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost (that is, there will be no refund).
3. Security Deposits held will be refunded in full.

Winter Booking Cancellation Conditions:

1. Bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the total cost.
2. Bookings cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost (that is, there will be no refund).
4. Security Deposits held will be refunded in full.
