All guests agree that by occupying accommodation at the 7th Street Motel, you shall be personally responsible for all charges. This will include any damages to bed, mattress, linen, floor covering & curtains etc. It is a condition of a guest's occupancy that the owners of the premises will not be liable for damage to or loss of property brought onto the premises by the occupier or their guests. Smoking is NOT permitted in any room at the 7th Street Motel. Guests breaking this rule will be evicted immediately with no refund.

Payment Policy

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our site. You must make payment for accommodation booked on the site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will be the amount shown on the booking page. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.

Cancellation Policy

To change any details of your booking, you must contact us on 03 50211888 or by email. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
If you cancel your booking with more than 24 hours notice, a refund will be given, minus credit card transaction fees of $10.00. If you fail to cancel a booking with less than 24 hours notice and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, no refund will be given. As always, we highly value your patronage and will endeavour to make your stay at the 7th Street Motel an excellent experience. We reserve the right to cancel a booking for any reason. This policy does not apply to any bookings made through other websites. Bookings made through other websites are all Non-refundable.
