Please Update Term & Conditions
* Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out is 12:00 pm. Please advise if your check in time is beyond 6:00 pm, otherwise it will be considered as no show.
* Request for early check in or late check out is subject to room availability with additional charge.
* Rates are inclusive of government charges.
*Full payment is required upon booking.
*A security deposit of Php3,000 is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
*Bringing food is not allowed. Corkage fee Php1,000 per meal/drink.
Child Policy:
* Children 9 years old and below are free of charge, sharing bed with parents. Request for extra bed shall be subject for additional charge.
Re-booking Policy
* Re- booking of rooms at least 7 days prior to arrival date shall be granted a period of 1 month from original date of arrival and subject to room availability. Rate adjustment may apply based on the new date. 100% of the total amount paid is non- refundable.

Full payment of 100% upon reservation of the room via online booking.
Please present your Credit Card and valid Government ID upon Check In.
Politiche di cancellazione
Cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to check in date with Php2,000 cancellation fee.
Cut short stay/ no show on confirmed booking forfeits 100% of the total amount paid.

Acts of God, Acts of nature (typhoon, earthquake, long black out) - No Refund will be made during these circumstances. Only rebooking within 6 months from the date of stay is allowed.
