90 Mile Beach House & Villas is the largest fully self-contained and serviced holiday accommodation in the heart of Golden Beach, a coastal town nestled on the shores of 90 Mile Beach in Gippsland. We are pet friendly by arrangement and the beach is dog friendly all year round!
Clean, modern, quality ' accommodation for a relaxing holiday. There is no need to bring any bedding or towels as everything is provided.
No parties are to be held on the premises,anyone found to be breaching this will be asked to vacate immediately forfeiting any monies paid

The Beach House has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, second and third bedrooms both have large doubles. (Max 6 guests).
Entertaining is easy in the fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. There is a wood fire in the lounge for winter hideaways. The Beach House has a full laundry. A full length front verandah with BBQ or enjoy solitude on the rear sunny deck.

Villa 1 is designed in the style of a hotel family suite. The master bed is within the main area and the kids or other guests have a separate bedroom with a bunk bed. That way the kids can go to bed earlier at night or go and play during the day whilst parents can enjoy the spacious living area in peace! (Max 4 guests). A real feature of this villa is the adjoining large (toddler and dog fenced) private undercover entertaining area with its own wood fire - leading to our 2 private acres. Once a wildlife reserve, you can still enjoy the many furry and feathered visitors right at your back door!
Villas 1 & 2 share a separate and detached laundry.

Villa 2 has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and is ideal for couples. It is a wonderful, fully appointed, private option fully detached from the balance of the property. (Maximum of 2 guests). This Villa is *PET FREE. Couples with dogs should choose Villa 1. * Assistance dogs welcome.
This villa is also purpose built for great accessibility, with level access and safety/mobility features in bathroom for people who may require them.
Villas 1 & 2 share a separate and detached laundry.

KEYS
Keys are located in a KEYSAFE on a pole outside your Villa / beachhouse, please place keys back in Keysafe on departure and re - lock
You will receive a text advising you of YOUR unlock code the day before your arrival.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Check in time is 2pm - Check out time is 10.00am unless by other arrangement.
PARTIES
No parties are to be held on the premises , if you are found breaching this policy you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately forfeiting any money paid for accomodation
LOCATING YOUR ACCOMMODATION
The property is easy to find. It is the first on the left as you enter town on the approach to the beach... Look out for the small white and blue boat on the front lawn! To locate your specific accommodation, envisage this...you are standing in front of the property looking at it:
The Beach House is in the middle - Villa 1 is left of the Beach House - Villa 2 is right of the Beach House (closest to the beach).
SMOKING
All places are smoke free , please do not smoke inside
PARKING
Please don't park on the grass or gardens. Villa 1 parking is left hand side of the Villa. Beach House is in the main car park. Villa 2 has its own parking and is accessed from a second driveway off Fairway Avenue - drive past the property, first left, first driveway immediately on left.
DOGS
Please ensure dogs are NOT allowed on any *furniture or *beds. They are welcome inside but please bring their bedding and food/water bowl. Please ensure all droppings are cleaned up in the same way you would if walking in the park (outdoor bins provided). The beach is dog friendly all year round. *A professional cleaning fee will apply.
BBQs & GAS
There are separate BBQs for each accommodation. Gas Bottles are replaced by us , if in the event you do run out ( should not happen) please text me and I will arrange for another bottle. Please leave clean after use or extra cleaning fee will apply
ADDITIONAL CLEANING
A $25 charge for uncleaned BBQ's will be applied.
Charges for lost or damaged items will be applied. Any extra cleaning required will be charged at $40 p/h
Pets are welcome by prior agreement but are not permitted on furniture or beds - otherwise a professional cleaning fee will apply.
Payment Policy
If staying within one month of booking, payment will be in full.
If booking made 1 or more months in advance
payment will be to be paid in the week prior to arrival to

Cancellation Policy
50% of the deposit is forfeited if your booking is cancelled within 8 - 21 days.
100% of the deposit is forfeited if your booking is cancelled within 7 days.
Your deposit will be returned in full with more than 21 days notice.
*Once your stay commences there is no refund of deposit or accommodation fees unless circumstances require.
