Delightful upstairs foreshore facing apartments, large & spacious, central & affordable - perfect for groups and families, or couples simply wishing to indulge a little!

Rates shown are for four guests, and include linen, undercover car parking for 1 vehicle, and free WIFI/Netflix. Fully self-contained with all of the comforts of home, including full kitchen and laundry, two bathrooms, and large open plan living and dining areas opening onto a foreshore facing balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting! We are family friendly and offer a complimentary highchair, porta-cot and stroller - cot linen hire for a small fee.

Note: Our apartments are upstairs, and may not be suitable for the elderly or disabled.

The Port Lincoln Foreshore Apartments have a strict No Party policy. Parties will not be tolerated - any behaviour regarded to be disturbing the peace will result in eviction from the property. Upon booking a credit card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to) breakages/damages, lost or stolen property, and excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, additional guests/linen used above that of the stated number at time of booking etc. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately in the event of a party, in addition to any breakages/damages.

Please note spa baths are no longer operational.

Terms & Conditions

Important: We cannot guarantee online bookings made after 5:00PM on date of arrival. Please telephone our property to confirm availability.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests including extra beds/linen used above that of which is required for booked number of guests, and switching rooms mid-stay.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Extra cleaning will be charged to your account if smoking has occurred indoors.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover your belongings and travel expenses, including cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

A credit card is required at the same time as the balance amount as security to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.

Pets are not allowed due to Community Plan Regulations. Max fine $10,000.

IMPORTANT: Children must be supervised on the balcony by a responsible adult at all times. There is a risk of fall/injury when children are left unsupervised. Please also take care on the staircase and hold the hand rail at all times.

Due to rising costs we would appreciate your help in conserving energy during your stay. Please turn off lights and airconditioning when leaving the apartment. Thank you.

We strongly suggest that you book travel insurance to cover last minute cancellations, including those due to family illness, travel disruption, extreme weather or fire events, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Policy

30% deposit upon booking. Balance payment is due 10 days prior to your check-in date.

Deposit payments can be made by Visa or MasterCard (2% surcharge applies). Balance payments can be settled by either Visa or Mastercard (2% surcharge applies), or upon confirmation with us via bank transfer to the following account:

Cancellation Policy

30% deposit is non refundable however can be transferred to another date with a small admin fee. Cancellations received 30-7 days prior to travel incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total booking unless all dates are re-booked. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: We strongly suggest that you book travel insurance to cover last minute cancellations, including those due to family illness, travel disruption, extreme weather or fire events, and other unforeseen circumstances.
