Property Information
Abera's Aitutaki Villas
Our Villas include 1 bedroom, a living room with flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a shower, and we have Laundry facilities for guest use on site. For added convenience, we provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge.
We have one Queen Villa, and one Super King Villa. Our Super King Villa allows you to choose from either one Super King Bed configuration or have this configured as two single beds if required. Please ensure you include your preferred configuration with your booking.
When booking, you can select to include a daily continental breakfast, or this can be arranged for additional cost if you book the villa only.
Abera's Aitutaki Villas provides guests the use of the outdoor swimming pool and facilities. Activities include hiking, snorkelling, amongst other outdoor activities. Or you may choose to relax in the garden and use the barbecue facilities, or on the beach and look out over the amazing blue waters.

Payment Policy
Abera's Aitutaki Villas accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling the reservation and guests that do now show up or who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required
In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, If cancellation is made up to 14 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be provided. Less than 14 days notice, no refund is available.
