Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By booking and staying with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, and that it forms a contract between us.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:

Pre-payment via Paypal is required to secure a reservation.

If there is no credit card, we are also accepting bank deposit via our Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) account. Details will be sent via email.

If the person is making the reservation is different to the person taking up the room, he/she should provide the details of the person who will use the room. Personal identification should be presented upon booking by the person who reserved and the person who will use the room. The person who will use the room may be held responsible for damage or loss and shall be charged accordingly. If this is not provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse and revoke entry of guest and cancel the reservation with no refund.

We are only accepting cash on site.

We are only accepting guests over twenty-one years of age. Children below seven years of age are free of charge, eight and above is considered as adults.

We do not accept pets.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please let us know as soon as possible, should it become necessary for you to cancel or curtail your reservation. Cancellation within thirty days before arrival will incur a full charge same with No-show or failure to arrive.

We cannot be held liable for circumtances that are beyond our control. Our liability to you in the event of us having to cancel a booking is limited to the refund of any payment alrerady made.

DURING YOUR STAY:

Housekeeping is available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. only. Requests beyond the schedule shall incur charges. Make-up of rooms are limited to cleaning the area including the toilet and bed linen arrangement. Since we are committed to undertaking practices that preserve our environment and natural resources, changing of linens and towels are being done after two-to-three days of your stay. Your bed linen and towels are fresh when you arrive. Should you wish to change after a night or within the two-to-three day stay, charges shall apply.

The maximum number of people allowed in the room are equal to the number of sleeping accommodation and additional beds. The number of people should be indicated upon booking and the number cannot be exceeded. Guests are only allowed to stay until 10 p.m..

DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND COMPLAINTS:

Accidents happen. Please let us know immediately of any damage or spillage so that we can clean or repair. Damage to furniture, beds, beddings or towels shall be charged at current replacement costs. Towels are not allowed to be taken outside during Island hopping. Heavily stained linens and towels that cannot be removed by cleaning will also be charged. We reserve the right to take charges out of the incidental charges given upon check-in, plus any additional damages. If the room needs to be closed for repair, we will seek payment for any future bookings lost during the repair. Any item taken from the rooms without our consent will be charged accordingly same with lost keys.

Lost property or items left behind will be held for one month from the date of departure, after that time it will be disposed of. We will not mail items. It is your responsibility to arrange collection.

SMOKING AND BEHAVIOR:

All our rooms are non-smoking including the rooms with balcony. Smoking is allowed in public areas only. If guest is found smoking, charges shall apply. If it is subsequently found that a guest has smoked in a room, after the guest has vacated, a charge for extra cleaning, deoderising and any loss of booking will be made against the incidental deposit plus additional charges.

If the guest's behavior does not conform with the house rules and regulations, or does not stop disturbing the order and safety of the property and its surroundings or is asked to leave for whatever reason, the hotel has the right to immediately cease to provide the guest with accommodation services. All actual expenses caused by the aforementioned measures are paid for by the guest.

REFUND POLICY:

During the guest/s check-in date or stay, he/she decided not to stay or check-out and refund his unused paid stay, the requested amount to be refunded are not possible without incurring a charge as rooms were closed and blocked already for selling.

If the guest/s booked tours and decided to cancel upon arrival, there will be cancellation charges equivalent to the amount of tour booked on the arrival date and Php 500.00 per person per tour on succeeding days.

FORCE MAJEURE:

In case of group booking, one person's illness doest not give the right to cancel the whole booking.

In case of acts of God, fortuitous events or any condition beyond our control, the property is not reponsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services. Delays and/or cancellation of flights and/or boat transfers resulting from weather disturbances as mandated by Goverment authorities, are beyond the control of the property. The Property will not be reponsible for unused room accommodation, tour services/package or delayed/missed flights and no refund/rebooking will be given on account of these events.

FOR TOURS:

In case of bad weather and tour cancellations, full refund will be given.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

Check-in is between 2 p.m. until 7 p.m.. If you are delayed in arriving or expect to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know so that we can arrange our evening accordingly. Should you wish to avail of airport/seaport pick-up, please state the time of arrival upon booking. We welcome our guests and will make all reasonable efforts to amke sure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. Please remember that Abrhys Ridge is our home and we expect guests to give respect and other guest's quiet enjoyment and relaxation.

On the day of your departure, please vacate your room fifteen minutes before check-out so as we can check the room status and consolidate if there is any outstanding payment due. Please inform the Front Desk should you avail of shuttle service going to the airport/seaport a day before departure so we can arrange accordingly.

Payment Policy

Prepayment of the full amount is required upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
