"The Acreage" is a separate purpose built guesthouse set within 5 acres of beautiful gardens.
Featuring up to 3 Luxury Suites (plus 2 sofa beds in the lounge) with either a King or Queen Bed, ensuite & bath, 32" Flat Screen TV's, DVD & A/C, Covered terrace overlooking stunning valley / garden views. We offer privacy combined with the highest level of hospitality and service.
Our 5 acre property has extensive gardens a BBQ, Saltwater Pool and spa, Fire Pit, Lounge with large TV & Complimentary WiFi.
Our gardens are filled with the sweet chime of Bell birds and there's plenty of wildlife to be seen as you overlook our wonderful valley views. Being a Winner of the NSW Tourism Award, shows the quality that we've become renowned for.
Being off the main road, in the middle of Picketts Valley, you'll feel like you're a world away, yet you're only 5 minutes from both Avoca Beach and Terrigal.

Terms & Conditions
Due to safety and evacuation requirements, rooms may only be occupied by a maximum of two (2) guests per room, per night. All rooms are non-smoking.
Payment Policy
All reservations are secured by credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard Amex or EFTPOS) at the time of booking and a booking confirmation will be sent to you once complete.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to arrival may be transferred to an alternate date without penalty. However, cancellations received between 7 days & 48 hours of arrival will forfeit 50% of accommodation cost and if received within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit full (100%) cost.
