Action Point Wellbeing Retreat is only a 5-minute drive from Nai Harn Beach. It offers modern air-conditioned rooms with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. The resort features a rooftop pool and cafe, 2 fully equiped gyms, yoga studio, cardio area and more .
Retreat guests can enjoy working out, personal training sessions, massages, hot yoga and many other included wellbeing activities. We offer 1 week, 2 week and 4 week Total Fitness, Weight loss & Yoga programs helping guests to achieve optimal, sustainable wellbeing.
