Adina Vineyard accommodation consists of 3 fully self contained lodges overlooking the vines. Each lodge has: 3 bedrooms all with ensuites, a gas log fire in the living area, ceiling fans and air conditioning in each room, a well equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine, and a private balcony with outdoor setting. There is also a communal swimming pool and laundry.
Inhouse guests receive 10% off wine and olive products in the cellar door, please let us know if you would like a wine and olive tasting. Emerson's restaurant is onsite and is open for lunch Wednesday through to Sunday; dinner Thursday through to Saturday and breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Please check opening hours and make bookings directly through emersonsrestaurant.com.au. or call (02) 4930 7029. Reflections Day Spa is also onsite and inhouse guests receive 10% discount off any treatment during their stay, please call 0437 329 678 to make a booking.
Adina Vineyard is centrally located near all of the Hunter Valley attractions, cellar doors and restaurants/cafes.

Adina Vineyard Accommodation Conditions of Stay
COVID-19 NSW Government Restrictions apply
Until the NSW Government set the date for non/vaxxed to travel all potential guests are required to supply Covid Vaccination certificates prior to arrival.
Our accommodation bookings are subject to the following conditions:-
Payment of your deposit constitutes your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Weekend stays constitute Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday nights
Weekend stays are for a minimum of 2 nights
Maximum lodge occupancy per lodge is six people (two people per bedroom). We can add a rollaway bed for a fee of $50 per stay for children under 5 if you wish them to share your room. Where the full lodge is not being occupied, the unoccupied rooms will be locked and are not available for use by guests
A deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking. The final payment is due in the week prior to arrival or at check in.
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Amex and cash.
Check-in is from 2pm at our cellar door. If arriving after 5 pm , please advise us before hand so that we can make special arrangements for your check-in. If arriving early, where possible we will endeavour to have your lodge ready
Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. A late check-out may be available depending on other bookings. This must be made by prior arrangement and may attract an additional tariff. Please call us if you would like to enjoy a late check-out.
No minimum night stay midweek

Each lodge only has 1 king bed and 1 spa bath. These options may not be available in the same room.
Pre-Authorisation Credit Card Swipe
A Pre-authorisation allows for the placement of cardholder funds on hold for a pre-determined time, allowing Adina Vineyard the option of completing the transaction at a later date. This pre-authorisation will be actioned at check-in: thus authorising management to recover any costs associated with the damage, loss, breakages, incidentals or additional cleaning incurred during the time of your stay. We will make every effort to contact you before debiting any monies from your card.
Guests are requested:
Not to smoke inside the lodges (a minimum fee of $200 will be charged), cellar door or café areas.
Not to bring pets.
Not to increase the number in their party without prior consent of management.
Not to hold a party or function without prior consent of management.
Not to remove or damage any property belonging to Adina Vineyard.
Not to leave the accommodation in an unreasonable condition, please report any damage to management.
Please leave the kitchen as you find it, everything washed dried and placed away and all rubbish to be placed in bin provided outside.
Swimming Pool Rules
Pool is for guest use only.
Can only be used between the hours of 9am and 9pm. There is no lifeguard on duty, guests swim at their own risk, Adina Vineyard accepts no liability.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No food, glassware or drink is to be taken into the pool area.
Please do not use towels from the bathrooms in the lodges, pool towels can be collected from the cellar door.
Guests will be financially liable for any damages. Breakages or losses to the property, furniture or fittings must be reported to the Reception immediately. You will be required to provide us with your credit card details on arrival. This will authorise management to debit your credit card to recover the cost of remediation of any of the above. You will be notified if your credit card is debited.
Liability - In no event shall Adina Vineyard or JDC Prime Holding Pty Ltd including their directors, employees or contractors be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of god, accident, delay or any special exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind in relation to your visit to Adina Vineyard.

Payment for accommodation - All accommodation charges are in Australian dollars and include goods and services tax (GST). The total accommodation charge less any deposit paid is payable by the lead person in the party when checking in. We accept cash and Visa, MasterCard, Amex and cash. A Pre Auth of $200 will be taken on your credit card at the time of checking in to cover incidental charges during your stay.
Cancellation / Refund of deposit - If you cancel your booking please advise us in writing. The following charges will apply for cancellations: More than 14 days notice prior to arrival date, a full refund will be reimbursed, less $25 administration fee. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date we will only refund any monies paid if we can re-book the lodges to another party of at least the same number of people & nights. If you have made a non- refundable booking there is no refund.
