Welcome to Admurraya House Bed and Breakfast it is located in the central to the North East Victorian wine and gourmet region.

An ideal retreat, great for weekend getaways and romantic breaks, situated within a few minutes walk to the main street, coffee shops, restaurants and hotels.

The house is fully self contained and is nestled within a beautiful extensive English Style Cottage garden. They offer elegant accommodation in quite tranquil surroundings. Each of the two bedrooms are individually decorated with fine linen and the highest quality fittings, all with queen beds.

The country style kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, electric stove and microwave. coffee, coffee plunger, tea, milk, Bread, cereal, juice.

The lounge is just the spot for sitting back and relaxing and savouring their complimentary Carafe of local Muscat and chocolates, and is equipped with a natural gas heater, a sofa bed, television with built in DVD, C.D and video Player and watch one of their great selection of DVD'S.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. While the dining room has a buffet, table and chairs for six people.

The beautiful outdoor Gazebo is at the back of the garden and is set amongst a beautiful quite area that is great for entertaining or just for having a quite barbecue.

Should you need assistance your host is only next door. They will be happy to make a booking or advise on dining options or winery tours in Rutherglen.

Off street car parking for up to three cars and wireless internet connection is available.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Admurraya House Bed & Breakfast in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation Or About Us Page.

Please Note checkout is 10am late checkout will incur a fee of $30.

There is a no cooking of prawns and curry and fish sauces policy.

Any extra cleaning above the normal house cleaning will incur a per hour cleaning fee charged to credit card supplied.

Continental breakfast provisions only (Milk, Bread, Juice, Cereal, Condiments, Tea, Coffee and Sugar)

Please note that any extra Guests that stay that are not included in your booking are required to pay $50 per head per night extra.

Some weekends of the year require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

No Pets are allowed on this property.

Payment Policy

Payments made online require 100% of the booking cost at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on the day of arrival or up to 5 days of arrival may incur 100% of total booking to be lost depending on if we can rebook the property in time.
