Terms & Conditions
A.) Standard Check-in Time is 2:00 pm and Check-out Time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out should be advised and is subject to availability of the room. Surcharge applies.
B.) Room rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast. Breakfast starts at 6:00 am until 10:00 am ONLY.
C.) Any losses, damages and breakages of hotel property will be charged to guest account.
D.) Please do not leave your valuables unattended. The management will not be held responsible for any losses.
E.) All rooms are NON SMOKING. We strictly advise no smoking inside the room. You may use the designated smoking area. Violators will be charged P5,000.
F.) No glitters, confetti or silly strings is allowed inside the room. Violators will be charged P2,500 for cleaning charges.
Payment Policy
A full payment of the total booking amount is required to confirm the booking either through cash, gcash, bank or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
A.) Free Cancellation 14 days before arrival (Cancel 14 days prior to arrival date charge 100%, No Show 100% charge).
B.) PEAK DATES - Non- refundable (No Show 100% charge).
C.) Shortening of stay (early check out) is subject to the same policy as a cancellation.
