Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
All bookings made via Participating Websites or with A Good Rest B&B directly, are made subject to these terms and conditions and the person making the booking will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons who will be staying at the Participating Property under the booking once any payment is made in relation to the booking.

Any prices, fees, deposit amounts or charges which are specified or referred to in these terms and conditions are in the same currency as the booking to which they relate.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of reservation.
The credit card provided is used to guarantee the reservation only. Payment will not be taken from the card unless required under the terms of the Cancellation policy of your reservation.

All rates are subject to change. Rates are inclusive of GST

Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is from 9am.
If you require an earlier check-in please advise the host at the time of your reservation. Please advise your approximate arrival time when making your reservation.

Check-out time - 11 am
Late checkout is not guaranteed and needs to be pre-arranged with the host at the time you check in.

Child Policy
Children under 12 years of age, Infant under 2 years of age and be under adult supervision
Children using the Pool/Spa must be under adult supervision.

Smoking is not permitted inside the guest rooms/house. Outside Table and Chairs are provided.
Should you and/or your guests smoke in a room a cleaning fee will apply. You will also be responsible for any costs, damage, or liability arising as a result of smoking and/or any smoke detectors being activated by you. Should you wish to smoke during your stay please use the relevant designated outside smoking areas.

We also reserve the right to remove people from rooms if noise levels exceed acceptable levels and are reducing the enjoyment levels of other guests.
Any damage to the room or property may be charged to the credit card provided, or billed to the guest.

A Good Rest B&B accepts no responsibility to amend your reservation due to transport delays/closures/cancellations. i.e. airport, or road closures due to bad weather. The onus is on you to contact the hosts to avoid the above penalty fees.

We may make available a link to a third party’s website. The linked sites are not under our control and therefore we accept no responsibility for the contents of any linked site. We provide the links to you for convenience and this is in no way subject to our privacy policy.
The terms and conditions on this website override any third party arrangements at the discretion of the Hosts.

Pets - It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their animals. Animals are not permitted on any indoor furnishings and a fee will be charged for any damage.
