Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of $150 per room must be received immediately by credit card or via Bank Transfer to confirm the booking. If your reservation total is less than $200, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.
Payment of Balance For bookings during the high season ( 13/04/17 - 16/04/17 & 16/12/17 - 06/01/18) full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to check-in
For bookings during the standard season (outside the above dates) full payment must be received at lease 7 days prior to check-in,
If payment terms are not met Albany Bali Style Accommodation reserves the right to cancel all room space.
No Surcharge applies to Visa/Mastercard payments.

Notice of any cancellation of, or amendment to a reservation must be provided in writing.
Full charges will apply to no shows.
During the standard season bookings cancelled outside 7 days before arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation cost will apply if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
During the high season bookings cancelled outside 30 days before arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation cost will apply if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Any amendments/cancellations to bookings will not be refunded after check-in.
