MINIMUM NIGHT BOOKINGS:
2 night minimum bookings are always required — sorry, no single night rentals
On departure, the property should be left in a similar condition to it was upon your arrival. We include cleaning in your initial rental cost, however if there are damages, if excess cleaning or rubbish removal is required; or should we find additional guests have stayed, you will be responsible for these costs.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Bookings are accepted on the basis that all guests will treat the property with the same respect as their own home and to maintain a good standard we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most guests will respect our cottage however should this not be the case, then please be aware of the following: ~
FEES will apply for excess guests not agreed to with the owners in advance
PARTIES and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not for commercial purposes. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments
DAMAGE: Whilst staying, you are fully responsible for all breakages and damage caused to the Property, its furniture and fittings
DISTURBANCE to our neighbours, including excessive noise and anti-social behaviour, will not be tolerated and may result in termination of rental
LOSS - the owners take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property during their stay

PETS: Unfortunately at Albany Historic Cottage, we cannot accommodate pets.
UNAVAILABILITY: If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc.) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for you; failing which, any moneys paid will be refunded in full.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival.
