Alexandra By The Sea
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GUEST REGISTRATION

1. Check-in time is 2:00 P.M.
2. Check-out time is 12:00 NN.
3. Check out time is at 12:00 P.M. Room checks are required prior to check out. Late check-out requests can be accommodated, but is subject to availability and applicable charges. Should there be an availability for a late check-out, charges are as follows: Check outs beyond 12:00 PM up to 2:00PM shall be charged TWO HUNDRED PESOS (₱ 200.00) Half day rates will be charged for check-outs between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Any check-outs beyond 4:00 PM will be charged a whole day rate.
4. A valid government-issued ID or Passport should be presented upon check-in.
5. Early check-in requests can be accommodated but it is subject to availability and applicable charges. Total room charges must be settled upon check-in.
6. All rooms are NON-SMOKING.
7. Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on Hotel/Premises will be fined ONE THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 1,000.00) per occurrence, with the exception of designated smoking areas.
8. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed but guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pets. There will be a pet damage/cleaning deposit of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 1,000.00) per pet to be returned upon check out if there is no damage incurred in the accommodations.
9. Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of Alexandra By The Sea. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors
10. Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secured at all times. Alexandra By The Sea management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in the guest room.
11. Visitors are not permitted in guest room after 10:00 P.M.
12. Alexandra By The Sea reserves the right to charge per night cancellation fee in the event guest leaves earlier than the original departure date and cancel any nights from originally intended length of stay. Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments.
13. The undersigned agrees that all information displayed is accurate.
14. The undersigned agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure.

Payment Policies

1. Total room charges must be settled upon check-in.
2. A valid government-issued ID or Passport should be presented upon check-in.
3. Credit card Fraud Control: If the card owner is not the one staying in Alexandra By the Sea, the guest is required to present clear photo opines of the front and back of the credit card used, a valid government ID of the card owner along with an authorization letter stating that the credit card holder has allowed the guest to use his/her card for the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings are non-refundable but transferable if the booking is moved 48 hrs. before check in date.
2. Alexandra By The Sea reserves the right to charge per night cancellation fee in the event guest leaves earlier than the original departure date and cancel any nights from originally intended length of stay. Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments.

3. Cancellation Policies differ depending on Rate Plan booked. Please see below for more information.

Published Rate (highest rate found on our website) bookings can be cancelled or modified 24 hours before check-in date. Deposit made for cancellations done 72 hours before the check-in date is refundable.
Standard Rate (discounted rate) bookings can be cancelled or modified 7 days before check-in date. Deposit made is non-refundable.
Early Bird Promo or other Promo rates (discounted/promo rates) bookings cannot be cancelled or modified and deposit is non-refundable.
Late cancellations and No Shows will be charged the total cost of the reservation.

*Bookings made through online travel agents or third-party channels must be cancelled via the respective channel.
If you arrive a day late without informing the hostel, booking will be considered no-show.
