Welcome to Amaroo Valley Springs, a luxury retreat for adults in Kangaroo Valley close to Sydney and Canberra. Switch off and unwind while enjoying breathtaking scenery in our brand new boutique cabins. With spectacular views and the ultimate in comfort, you may not want to leave.
Our luxury accommodation has a unique blend of bush, amazing scenery and local historical town and delivers a unique experience for guests be it a weekend getaway for couples, a catch up with family and friends or the perfect business retreat.
Amaroo Valley Springs welcomes children from 13 years of age. If you have a young child or baby, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. For bookings of two people or less, one of the bedrooms will be locked.
Both Bird's Nest and Grand View are superbly appointed and feature:
- Two generous sized bedrooms each with ensuite, plush kingsize beds, quality linen and magnificent escarpment views.
- Bedrooms with a private balcony with outdoor bath and shower.
- Ensuite bathrooms with under floor shower heating, fluffy towels, snug robes and slippers.
- Wifi and HD televisions.
- Full kitchen with coffee machine and farm fresh eggs, bread, jam, honey and milk for your breakfast.
- A wood fire and reverse cycle ducted air conditioning

Payment Policy
Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard and Amex. The full amount is charged on booking.
Cancellation Policy
We have a moderate cancellation policy to protect our business and strongly advise on travel insurance.
Amaroo valley Springs offers the following refunds for cancellations:
- 100% refund up to 14 days prior to check in.
- 50% refund up to 3 days prior to check in.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 3 days before check in. If we are able to rebook your room, we will contact you and offer an 80% refund.
