Andavine House Bed and Breakfast is comprised of: one air-conditioned queen-sized bedroom, a private bathroom/ensuite, an air-conditioned lounge-room/dining room, and, an 11-metre long, covered balcony. All toiletries, bed linen and towels are supplied. You also have your own coffee/tea 'nook', full-sized fridge, and Continental breakfast ingredients available, all of which are included in your tariff. Fee WiFi and garden parking are available.
We are located 1km from the picturesque, and mighty Clarence River. Grafton city is 5 minutes away by car, 2 minutes from the Gwydir Highway.
We are an Ideal stop-over location for travel between Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.

Terms & Conditions

ATTENTION: ALL GUESTS MUST BE FREE OF COVID-19 and RSV FOR AT LEAST ONE WEEK!
THE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Please notify us of your estimated time of arrival on your Booked-in date.
UPON ARRIVAL:

CHECK-IN: 2 pm to 8 pm.
If you will be arriving prior to 2pm or later than 8 pm, please contact us on +61 417 427 229 earlier in the day to advise us. Thank you.

CHECK -OUT: 7 am to 10 am.
WE HAVE A 'STRICTLY NON-SMOKING' policy for ALL interior rooms. There is a 'Smokers' ashtray on the balcony for your convenience.
WE ALSO HAVE A 'STRICTLY NO RESERVATIONS FOR PARTIES, WEDDINGS, HEN'S OR STAG'S AND SCHOOL 'END-OF-YEAR PARTIES POLICY.

HOUSE RULES - Important
We encourage you as our guests, to relax and unwind in your suite, and on the rear balcony,
Alcohol to be consumed responsibly. NO illegal substances and/or implements are to be brought and/or used on our property, A request will be issued by Owner to vacate our property IMMEDIATELY if this policy is not adhered to.
ALL GUESTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BOOKING GUEST.
Please respect our private and restricted areas e.g. our residence and the garages.
ALL breakages and/or damage to your Suite will be charged to your payment card.

PETS:
Your pets are welcome to stay with you if they are fully vaccinated, wormed, 'flea-free, and FRIENDLY.
Your pets remain your responsibility AT ALL TIMES.
PETS are NOT PERMITTED on beds and furniture! A $50 extra cleaning fee will apply due to non-compliance!
There is also a nominal pet fee of $20 per stay for small pets, $25 per stay for medium to large pets.

Payment Policy

REQUIRED: Full credit card details (incl. CVV Security code at time of booking.
CHARGES:
Your credit card details will be held as security only, until your arrival/NO SHOW.
Payment is due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

'NO SHOW' policy:
'NO-SHOW FEE: 100% of your first night's reservation tariff,
PLUS 50% of your remaining booked nights' tariff.

CANCELLATION policy:
If cancellation occurs five days or less prior to date of arrival:
100% of first night's accommodation is charged. Then 50% of remaining night's tariff is payable.
