Terms & Conditions
Please note:
- $66 Cleaning fee per stay (which is only a portion of the actual cost of cleaning). Property must be left clean & tidy on departure. There is $66 cleaning surcharge for any excessive cleaning.
- Pets will be accepted by approval of owners ONLY & acceptance by guests of the Pet Terms & Conditions below. Please email request to info@arkofdenmark.com.au
Privacy Policy:
All details collected including credit card details are used for Ark of Denmark use only. Credit card details are deleted 7 days from departure date.
CHECK IN: From 3.00pm
CHECK OUT: Strictly- no later than 10.00am
Pet Terms & Conditions:
Bookings will only be accepted on the condition that pet owners have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Dogs only are allowed & are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owners responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times. Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable.
1. Strictly - No puppies - dogs must be at least 2 years old & fully house trained.
2. You agree to be responsible for your dog/s during the period of your stay.
3. You will be responsible for the management of your pets waste. Where possible it is to be removed and disposed of in an appropriate manner.
4. You agree to treat your pet/s for fleas and ticks prior to your stay and that your pet’s vaccinations are up to date.
5. Pets are not permitted to sit or sleep on any furniture or beds during your stay. Please bring your pets own bedding, bowls etc.
6. Pets are not to be left alone inside the accommodation.
7. Pets are to be on a leash at all times when taken outside the accommodation.
8. Pets are by arrangement ONLY and have an added fee per animal of $55 per stay.
9. Credit card details are required to be held for any incidental damage or excessive cleaning costs & will be deleted after your departure.
Payment Policy
A ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING OTHERWISE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.
The remaining balance will be charged automatically 30 days prior to arrival.
There will be 1.75% service charge on Visa and Mastercard, and 3.5% on Amex. This includes both debit & credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
$55 cancellation fee.
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
One nights tariff .
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
AMENDMENTS
1. No refunds will be provided for a reduction in the number of guests.
2. A change of dates may be permitted with owner's approval. Changes to dates that occur within 7 days of arrival will be treated as a cancelled booking.
