Ark of Denmark is located on two acres of natural bush only 3kms from Denmark town centre and 3kms to the nearest beach.
Enjoy relaxing in either The Yurt or Due South, soaking up the atmosphere, tranquility, flora and fauna or spend your time visiting the quaint country town of Denmark and it’s many sights, walks, surf, bike trails, beaches, wineries, breweries, galleries, restaurants, cafes and unique boutiques.

Terms & Conditions
Please note:
- $60 Cleaning fee per stay (which is only a portion of the actual cost of cleaning). Property must be left clean & tidy on departure. Cleaning surcharge of $60 for any excess cleaning.
- Guests are liable to pay for any replacements & or damage to property and its contents.
Minimum Stays:
- 3 night minimum generally throughout the year;
- 5 night minimum over Easter break - from Thursday to Tuesday;
- 5 night minimum over Christmas break - from 22nd to 27th December.
***To give our hard working cleaning staff time off with their own families, check-ins & check-outs will not be permitted on Good Friday, Easter Monday, 23rd, 24th, 25th or 26th December***
Privacy Policy:
All details collected including credit card details are used for Ark of Denmark use only. Credit card details are deleted 7 days from departure date.
ADULTS ONLY:
Please note that we are an adults only retreat & do not have the facility to provide an extra or split bed.
Due to deep baths, steep stairs and uneven surrounds, the Ark of Denmark is not recommended for those with mobility issues.

Pet Terms & Conditions:
Confirmed bookings are an automatic acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
DOGS ARE TO BE ADVISED & APPROVED BY ARK OF DENMARK OWNERS.
* Dogs ONLY are allowed & are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owners responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times. Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable.
* Strictly No Puppies - dogs must be at least 2 years old & fully house trained.
* Maximum of two dogs only.
* You agree to be responsible for your dog/s during the period of your stay.
* You will be responsible for the management of your pets waste. Where possible it is to be removed and disposed of in an appropriate manner.
* Dogs with fleas are not allowed welcome. Please ensure your dogs are treated if they are prone to fleas.
* Dogs are not permitted to sit or sleep on any furniture or beds during your stay.
* Please bring your clean dog sheets pets bedding, bowls etc.
* DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE INSIDE AT ANY TIME.
* Dogs are to be on a leash at all times when taken outside the accommodation. There are no fences,
* An added pet fee of $55 per dog, per stay applies.
* You will be required to pay for any incidental damage or excessive cleaning costs.
Payment Policy
A ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING OTHERWISE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.
The remaining balance will be charged automatically 30 days prior to arrival.
There will be 2% service charge on Visa and Mastercard, and 3% on Amex & International Cards. This includes both debit & credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
$55 cancellation fee.
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
One nights tariff .
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
AMENDMENTS
1. No refunds will be provided for a reduction in the number of guests.
2. A change of dates may be permitted with owner's approval. Changes to dates that occur within 7 days of arrival will be treated as a cancelled booking.
