Terms & Conditions

By booking a room, All guests agree to the rules and terms and conditions outlined below and upon arrival.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm. Check-out time is before 10:00 am.

No smoking or open flames in the rooms. Smoking is prohibited outside of designated areas.

All pets must be declared before arrival and occur an additional fee.

All pets must be restrained while on the property unless under strict supervision.

All children must be supervised while on the property.

All guests must remain within unrestricted zones of the property unless authorisation is provided.

Theft and property damage is prohibited and will incur fees and legal action.

All guests must respect other persons, property, livestock, wildlife, environment, and machinery on the property. This may include (but is not limited to) other guests, staff, pets, gardens, recreation equipment, artwork/displays etc.

Payment Policy

Card details must be provided upon booking.

The full amount must be paid on booking.

Cancellation Policy

Booking cancelled within 24 hours of the check-in date incur a cancellation fee of 100%.

Bookings cancelled within 7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Full refunds are provided for cancellations if there is more than 7 days until the check-in date.

Special circumstances may warrant some fees to be waived, these will be assessed on a case-to-case basis.
