Each room at Motel Ashleigh Court includes full kitchen facilities and aircondition. Guests have access to laundry facilities and secure bicycle storage. Reception can arrange bookings for the Maori Cultural Concert/Hangi evenings, which are a popular tourist attraction.
Ashleigh Court Motel is located 1.3 km from Rotorua town centre and is only 10 minutes’ walk from Rotorua Golf Club. Rotorua Airport is less than 15 minutes’ drive away. You will be welcomed by our friendly team on arrival and nothing is too much trouble.

Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and guarantee the booking for you!
◆Check-in Policy
Check-in is available between 2PM to 5.30 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 7.30AM - 10AM on the day of departure.
Early check-in and/or late check-out is by ARRANGMENT ONLY, and additional charges may apply.
◆Deposit Policy
No reservation will be secured or guaranteed unless a valid credit card number, or deposit, for the full room
rate for the booking is received within two (2) working days from the time the reservation was first made.
◆Bond Policy
Ashleigh Court Motel requires a bond upon arrival or you will be charged a $5 Pre-Authorization on your credit card provided. This will be refunded within 3-5 business days after your check-out if no damages or goods to be replaced. No credit card requires a $300 cash bond before receiving room key.
◆Payment Methods
Ashleigh Court Motel accepts the following forms of payment: EFTPOS,Cash,Visa and MasterCard. However, 2 % surcharge will apply to all credit cards.

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival.
◆Changes to Reservation
All reservations via phone or email is mutually agreed and confirmed upon guest receiving our email confirmation for each booking. Any change to existing
booking must be put in writing or email, and will depend on availability.
◆ Cancellation Policy: Guests have up to 7 days prior to their scheduled check-in date to cancel their reservation without incurring any charges. If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date, the guest will be charged the full price of the reservation.
◆ Please be respectful of other guests and adhere to our no noise policy between the hours of 10pm-6am.
◆Additional Charges
Lost Keys: $50 per key
Dry Cleaning of duvets or bedspreads: $50 per item
Carpet Cleaning: $120 per room
Damage to Rooms: cost of repair
Breakages: cost of replacement
Missing Chattels: cost of replacement
Return of Lost Property: cost of courier/postage

After that time 100% of the booking (1st to 6th night/s, on all accommodation booked, at nightly room rate quoted) is guaranteed by your credit card supplied and charged to the card. Any additional nights must be cancelled by 5 days ahead of arrival date.
