Payment Policy
The total cost of the stay is required 14 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 14 day cancellation policy.
Bookings modified or cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival are accepted with no penalty.
Bookings modified or cancelled within the 14 days prior to arrival are not refundable.
In the special circumstance that a credit is provided by Astina Management, the credit is valid for 12 months from the date it was issued, thereafter expiring. No refunds can be issued for a credit.
