Terms & Conditions
When Booking on line or phone Accommodation will be charged at anytime from then or on arrival.
You agree that any charges for services to you, not billed at time of payment Eg : Restaurant/Bar Tabs. Extra stays on departure will be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card provided/ used to pay account.
You agree that check-out time is 10am unless we agree on another time and agree that additional room charges may apply.
You agree to pay for any excess cleaning, loss or damage to the room resulting from, but not limited to excessive cleaning requirements, like mud in rooms oil ,smoking, missing equipment and physical damage etc. $150 cleaning for cleaning up in rooms any other by quotes from professional cleaners.
A FEE OF $100 will apply if the REFRIGERATOR TEMP is turned down and bottles are frozen and broken.
Its a criminal offence to leave without paying your Motel Bill.
You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or left on the property, rooms, car park, restaurant, grounds remain your responsibility and that the Motel owner and Auburn Shiraz Motel, are not responsible for their safe keeping.
You agree if you would like to use the swimming pool you do so at your own risk and that the Motel owner and Auburn Shiraz Motel, are not responsibility for any situation that may accrue.
We apologize in advance that being in the country we have from time to time a inundation of millipede, and other pests, We take every precaution on having these pests eradicated, but some things are out of our control.
You also understand and agree that you will be charged for your entire stay and no refund will be given back if you decide to leave earlier.
IF COURT ACTION is required to retrieve money for damages or misuse you will be responsible of all out of pocket expense to the motel for retrieval.
Every Customer must produce a credit card and photo id when checking into this establishment. Any towels etc taken from rooms or miss use of Motel belongings will be charged back to the customer. Auburn Shiraz Motel will give you a copy of any excess charges to your card for your keeping.
