POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
APPLICABILITY, USAGE AND EXPRESS CONSENT
The use of our website and our rooms and facilities is conditioned on your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out, which may vary from time to time as the sole discretion of the management with or without prior notice.
RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND REBOOKINGS
Reservation can be made over the counter and online. 50% of the total amount must be settled upon reservation and the full payment upon check-in. Payment can be settled in cash at the Front Office or thru bank and e-money. Check is not an acceptable mode of payment. Credit/Debit card facility is not yet acceptable but will soon be available.
The room allocated to you will be reserved, from 2:00PM of the expected date of check-in until 4:59AM of the day following. After which your entire booking will be deemed cancelled and your payments will be forfeited.
GUEST REGISTRATION
Upon check-in, we require valid personal information from the guest which will form part of our file. Guests will be required to present a valid government ID. Foreign guests will be required to present their passports for verification. The names of all guests occupying the room must also be registered. The information regarding your license plate/car description will also be gathered for security purpose.
CHECK- IN
Check-in time is 2:00PM. If you arrive earlier, you can stay at the receiving area until the room is ready.
Should you wish to check-in earlier, you can do so as long as the room is available. There is an additional charge depending upon the time of check-in.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is at 12:00NN of the scheduled check-out date. You may request for check-out at the front office so that the housekeeping can assist you of your luggage and check your room. If you wish to extend the time of your check-out, you may inform the front office a day before your departure to check the availability. An additional charge of 30% of room rate for every hour of extension may apply for late check-out.
EXTENSION OF STAY
Extension request must be made at the Front Office at least 24 hours prior to your check-out date. Any extension shall be subject to the availability of rooms and the prevailing rate of the day shall be applicable. Payment shall be made upon request to confirm and guarantee the extension.
CANCELLATION
All room reservation is covered by the cancellation policy. Cancellation of booking that falls on weekend (Fri-Sat), Holidays, Holy week and block out dates shall mean forfeiture of the deposit/payment made. Cancellation of booking on week days (Sunday to Thursday) is allowed 48 hours before 2:00PM of scheduled check-in date. Guest can only re-book once and will be subject to room availability. Strictly NO REFUND. No show shall mean forfeiture of deposit/payment made.
ROOM KEYS
Room key is issued to registered guest upon check-in. Please return the room key to the front office upon check-out. Lost key will be charged Php 200.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guest must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification.
EXTRA PERSON POLICY/ CHILDREN POLICY
We allow two extra persons in the family room for additional mattress with a charge of Php500. Children, 7 years old below are free if using existing beddings. Providing an extra mattress will incur additional charge. Children, 8 years old and above are considered adult and will be charged in full.
As parents or guardian of children, you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended.
SMOKING
We do not permit smoking tobacco, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vaping, cooking and candle burning inside the rooms and balcony. There is a designated smoking area at the garden for the smokers. Candle, incense and diffusing essential oils will be considered as smoking. If smoking has taken place, a fine of Php2,000 will be applied.
NO COOKING POLICY
Preparation and cooking of foods inside the guest room using any type of cooking machine/utensils is prohibited.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
Partying inside the room is not allowed at any time. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the inn and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, all fees of the guests will be forfeited and must leave the inn immediately.
VISITORS
Visitors must notify the front office upon their arrival. They are not allowed inside the guest room. Visitors can stay at the lobby or the pergola garden. As registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all times.
LOST AND FOUND POLICY
The inn is not responsible for loss of your valuables in the room or other places in the inn. Guests are expected to take care of their valuables. If you left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately (Smart - 09989825926 or Globe - 09053390430).
PARKING POLICY
Parking area is available for free at the outer part of the building and inside the compound. Registered guests are given priority in the parking space. For security purposes, the parking area is provided with CCTV camera and solar lights. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. The inn shall not assume liability or responsibility for any lost or damage of the vehicle.
BREAKFAST POLICY
Breakfast will be served between 6:30 AM - 9:30AM at the pergola garden or room service.
ROOM POLICY
To ensure that the stay of our guests is safe and relaxing, there are some important room policies that we impose:
No heating or any form of cooking inside the rooms.
Room visits are not allowed. Please use our lobby or pergola garden to receive your guests.
Pets or animals are not allowed inside the rooms and inn compound.
Loud music, noise or nuisances are discouraged so as not to disturb other guests
Conserve water and energy.
Secure door lock and chain when retiring.
ACTIVITIES NOT ALLOWED IN THE INN PREMISE
Screaming, singing loudly, or creating loud noises by any other actions inside the building or guest rooms is not allowed as it may disturb or annoy other guests staying in the inn.
Gambling or similar acts that violate public order and morals inside the inn or guest rooms
Distribution of advertisement goods or sell articles to the other guests or collect donation or signatures from them inside the inn premises, without proper permission.
Patients suffering from an illness that may cause discomfort of any kind to the other guests inside the inn may not be admitted to stay in the inn.
Any acts of photography that may bother the other guests in the inn are strictly prohibited in any part of the inn.
Bringing of kitchen utensils, firearm, explosives and prohibited drugs.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCOMMODATION
We have the right not to accommodate you or to terminate your booking without any prior notice to you or without having to refund or compensate you for any charges paid under the following circumstances where:
• You did not provide the complete identification of yourself and present important documents needed during the registration;
• You have not fully paid your charges due to us;
• You have exhibited violent behavior that caused disturbance in our property and abused any of our staff or other guests verbally or physically;
• There is a legal mandate of any reasons that prohibits you from checking in at our establishment;
• Based on our judgment, you are not fit to check in due to alcoholic intoxication, or you are under the influence of prohibited drugs or you have taken any medication that affects your judgment, mobility and consciousness that may compromise the safety of our staff or other guests;
• You used a fraudulent payment material such as fake money or tampered credit card to pay for the reserved room;
• You have committed or suspected to have committed a crime or unlawful acts.
