Excessive Noise: For the comfort and consideration of all guests EXCESSIVE LATE-NIGHT NOISE WILL NOT BE TOLREATED.
“Parties “ARE NOT to be brought back to the Motel. Management has the right to evict offending guests without refund.
Any breakage and/or damage to the Motel property WILL be charged directly to your credit card. Every person signing this document and /or occupying accommodation or utilizing other Services shall be personally responsible for all charges in addition to above named not withstanding that an account is sent in the first instance to that customer.
It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners/manager of the premises are not liable for any damage to or loss property which the occupier or their guests bring to the property.
Due to Health Regulations and for the comfort of our guests ANIMALS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON OUR PREMISES EITHER IN THE ROOM OR IN YOUR CAR. Management has the right to evict without refund any guest/s for the infringement and charge additional cleaning cost.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE ALLOW SMOKING IN OUR ROOMS. This is a NON-SMOKING MOTEL, smoking in the rooms or building is malicious damage. If a room is found to have been used for smoking by the guests or invitee of the guest , then an extra $150 will be charged to the guest account , security deposit or credit card to compensate for the additional cleaning cost associated with the removal of smoking residue .
Motel has no responsibilities towards any customer belonging left in room at checkout. Its customer responsibilities to take all stuff at checkout time. Due to space limitation, all the found things can be put into bin anytime.
Other than as is provided for by legislation and as follows, I agree the Aussie Rest accepts no responsibility whatsoever, irrespective of cause, for the loss or damage of Motor Vehicles or Guest Property. Articles of value may be locked in your room at the guests own risk. Upon check-in a pre-authorisation will be taken from my credit card which authorises the Hotel to charge my credit card for any amounts owing to the Hotel. I confirm that my liability for this account is not waived and agree to be held personally responsible in the event that the indicated persons, company or assocaiation fails to pay for any part of the full amount of the invoice charges accrued during my stay. I am also liable for any cost of damages to the Hotel property due to my own negligence.
Rooms should be occupied by the guest mentioned in the booking. No extra person should enter the room without informing to office. Anybody staying should be informed to management immediately. Failed to do so will be fined 150 per instance
Checkout time is 9:30 AM, overstay will be charged $ 20/hour.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings made directly with the Aussie Rest Motel must have a valid credit card number or deposit to confirm the booking.

Cancellation made More than 7 days notice – no charge will be made.
Cancellation made Less than 7 days notice – full amount of the booking will be charged.
