Terms & Conditions

Guest must arrive by 8pm Monday to Saturday and 5pm Sunday.
Please note, our main bar is currently under renovation.

Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions will result in eviction from the room and hotel. It is your responsibility to keep the room, hallways and bathrooms and all public areas and guestrooms in a clean and tidy condition WITHOUT damage to the room, contents or bathroom. Please keep noise levels including music and television to an acceptable level.

NO SMOKING: $2000 FINE APPLIES. An additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged. Abide by the directions of staff and management. Please be considerate to other tenants.

BY SIGNING THE AUSTRALIAN HOTEL CHECK-IN FORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND THAT YOU CAN BE EVICTED IMMEDIATELY AND BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGES/SMOKE ALARM CALL OUTS OR IF ANY OF THE CONDITIONS OF STAY ARE BROKEN.

Payment Policy

We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS & CASH. In addition we accept pre-established credit approved accounts by the Hotel to charge back.

Credit Cards: Payments made to the directly to the Hotel by using a credit card attract a surcharge of additional 2.5% [on Visa and MasterCard] on the total invoice amount.

A third party wanting to pay for entire or part of charges for a booking must fill out our credit card application form as authority to charge the card which require the card holder’s signature and copy of the credit card and driver’s license. Payments will be processed at check in, alternatively the guests checking in will be liable for all charges. Please use the Credit Card Authorisation Form available for download on this page.

Cheques: Require prior authorization with Management and must be cleared in our bank account prior to the arrival. No personal cheques will be accepted at check-in and/or during the entire stay. Normally we require 5 to 7 business days for the process of receiving, clearing in our account and entering the cheque amount as credit on to your reservation.

Letter Of Company Authority: is for Credit Accounts approved by the Hotel only that have been pre-established with the Hotel. To apply for a credit account for a Company, please use the Credit Application Form available on this page. An email is required from the Company’s email address, purchase order if applicable and/or authority on Company letter head to chargeback.

Cancellation Policy

When booking accommodation online through the website, you (the Customer), agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Confirmation of bookings made requires payment to be made at the time of booking.
2. All room are calculated on the selected room rate plus charges for extra persons (as indicated by the customer). Please note in the event, the number of persons has been under estimated, accommodation at the motel cannot be guaranteed.
3.No Refund accepted for cancellations.
4.The Customer shall be required to provide a valid credit card at the motel on check-in to cover any additional charges and may also be required to provide photographic identification.
9. The Customer must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation on our websites.
