Baan Saitara a collection of 10 boutique villas located on a serene hillside just south of Lamai beach. Villas accommodate 6 to 10 guests with three to five air-conditioned bedrooms each. All villas enjoy spectacular sea views and beautiful contemporary Thai style furnishings.

- Standard check in time is at 14:00 hr. and check out time is at 11:30 hr.
- Early check in and late check out subject to availability. An extra charge may incur. Please check with the Villa Manager.
- Security deposit cash required at ฿5,000 which is refundable when check out.
- The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
- Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Baansaitara Villa caused by themselves or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Guest is required to take due care when residing at the villas and be especially watchful of people playing near or in the pool or jacuzzi.
- Baansaitara villa is not responsible for your personal belonging, valuables or any assets left by guest in the villa.
- Complimentary safe deposit boxes, subject to the terms and conditions for use are available in the room.
- Regardless of charge instruction, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay at Baansaitara.
