NO SHOW / SHORTENED STAY – NO REFUND
CHECK-IN: 1:00 PM - EARLY CHECK-IN: Available if the room is already clean
CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM – ₱500 per hour after 11:00 AM, after 3 PM another Day will be charged
LATE CHECK OUT: Personal items will be removed at 11:00 AM unless late check out has been approved IN ADVANCE.
ID MUST MATCH the BOOKING.
ALL ROOMS, EXTRA PERSONS & ANY BALANCE, Must be paid on CHECK IN
ANY BROKEN ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE WILL BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY AT THE GUEST EXPENSE

Payment Policy

Note: We are not responsible for any transfer or transaction fees. Your account will be credited for the amount we receive. Balance is payable upon arrival. No Refunds. Reservations cannot be changed within 14 days of your reservation date.

Rebooking: If public boat travel to Oriental Mindoro is suspended for Safety, Health or Weather related reasons (Volcano, COVID, Typhoon) we will happily rebook your reservation at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
