Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the expected arrival date; otherwise one night’s accommodation inc GST shall be charged. Any guests that guarantee a booked room and fail to arrive will also be charged one night’s accommodation inc GST and this fee is non-refundable. An administration fee of $20 will be charged by Battery Point Manor for cancellations to cover credit card/bank fees.
