Battery Point Manor is a spacious Georgian-style home, originally built for a prominent family, in the heart of Hobart’s original settlement. The Manor sits on a small rise with views across Hobart’s spectacular Derwent River.

There are also three fully equipped self-contained apartments from one to three bedrooms with garden or river views

The apartment offers two bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen, full laundry facilities, alongside a living room and a seperate TV room/study. The apartment is serviced by efficient electric panel heaters for warmth and air conditioning for cooling. The apartment offers a private terrace that offers views down the Derwent River, with exclusive use to the guests of this apartment. Please note, access is via an external flight of stairs (no lift),

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the expected arrival date; otherwise one night’s accommodation inc GST shall be charged. An administration fee of $20 will be charged by Battery Point Manor for cancellations to cover credit card/bank fees.
