The Bavaria Bed and Breakfast Hotel is a small, charming hotel only 7 minutes drive from the centre of Auckland. Our Auckland Bed and Breakfast accommodation are situated on the western side of an extinct volcano in the heart of Mt. Eden, one of Auckland's more picturesque, historic suburbs, on the periphery of the business centre
of Auckland.

With only 11 guest rooms in our Bed and Breakfast Hotel, we assure warm, friendly and generous hospitality, offering quality B&B accommodation with all modern amenities, including free wireless internet and guest PC in the lounge.

Our 100-year-old kauri villa has been converted to a Bed & Breakfast in 1990 and furnished with native timber furniture.

The large, sunny guest lounge of our hotel leads on to a private deck in a small exotic garden.

The owner of this Bed and Breakfast accommodation, Robert and staff, are happy to assist you in making plans to explore Auckland and its surrounding highlights.

Nearby Auckland attractions include Mt. Eden, Eden Gardens, Auckland Domain and Auckland Zoo. In walking distance from our Bed & breakfast is Eden Park which is Auckland's main rugby stadium. From the top of Mt. Eden, get panoramic views of the centre of Auckland and the Auckland Harbour. Enjoy some of Auckland's best cuisine along Dominion Road and Mt. Eden Road. Auckland sightseeing tour companies will pick you up from the doorstep of our accommodation.

We are officially open

• From 7.30 am till 9.00 pm but we will need to make special arrangements. The best way of getting here is with our driver. The driver has a key and can take you to your room. If you would like to use this service, and we do recommend it, let us know along with your flight number & details.
• Should you arrive early, we cannot promise that your room will be ready, but you can take a stroll or relax in our sunny guest lounge or garden with
a cup of coffee while waiting for your room.

If cancelled or modified within the 14 days prior to the booking or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged if the room cannot be rebooked.
