Guests are liable for all costs related to their stay including cancellation costs as per Cancellation Policy. If payment is not made in full at Check-out or before then the credit card as supplied by Guests will be charged this amount. Should there be difficulty in recovering these costs then Guests are also liable for all collection costs and interest.
Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to confirm your reservation. Payment in advance / Deposits are not requested. Payment via MasterCard, Visa, Cash or Eftpos at Check-out or prior.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are required 48 hours or more in advance of Check-in day or the first night will need to be charged. If reservation was for a long weekend, fully booked night or peak season period then the first night or 50% of booking(whichever is greater) will be charged to recoup loss of business through turned away bookings.
