Property Information
BeachBox Boutique Accommodation
Boutique, luxury queen-bed accommodation in the heart of beautiful Coopers Beach, Far North, New Zealand. Located only 150 m from the beach, each room is beautifully interior designed with Italian tiles and luxurious beds and linen. Each room has its own veranda and there is a private courtyard with a BBQ, outdoor table setting and umbrella. On returning from the beach make use of the private bamboo outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Each morning enjoy a coffee, croissant or gourmet bagel from BeachBox Coffee & Gelato before enjoying everything that Doubtless Bay has to offer from the beaches to some of the best fishing in New Zealand.

All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions including our Payments and Cancellation Policies.
NO BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER 5.00 PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is available from 2-5 pm at BeachBox Coffee & Gelato. Check-in after 5 pm by arrangement.
Check-out time is 10 am on the day of departure.
Early Check-in/Check out may be available by arrangement. Additional fees may apply.
Smoking/Vaping Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, BeachBox is a totally smoke-free complex and smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. In the event of someone smoking/vaping inside the premises, management will engage a specialist cleaning company and such costs will be charged to the registered guest.
Visitors Policy
We understand that you may have friends visit; however, in consideration of other guests, no visitors are permitted on the premises after 10 pm.
Damage Policy
Any damage to the room, BeachBox property or missing items will be charged to your account.
General Policies
The nature of BeachBox Boutique Accommodation makes it unsuitable for more than two guests sleeping in a queen bed. As such, it is not generally suitable for children. Parents, however, may wish to stay with a young infant sleeping in a self-supplied portable cot or similar.
Persons under the age of 18 years may not occupy a room on their own unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian staying in a separate room that has given permission and accepts full and final responsibility for the rooms and behaviour of all guests under their booking.
Pets are NOT permitted on the property.
Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to confirm a booking. All charges are in NZD and inclusive of 15% New Zealand GST.
You will be charged in full if you have chosen a pre-paid rate booking. Pre-paid rate bookings will not be refunded but may be modified up to 3 weeks prior to planned arrival. Less than 3 weeks prior to arrival, pre-paid bookings are non-refundable.
For all bookings, your credit card will be held as security for your reservation and utilised for any applicable cancellation, non-arrival fee, or damages. Full payment for your stay will be taken at check in unless already pre-paid.
If a credit card is not provided, the full charge for your stay plus a $250 bond will be required at check-in.
Cancellations up to 1 week prior to planned arrival: no cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date, will be charged 50% of their booking cost as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 2 days of the check-in date, will be charged in full.
