Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS CONDITIONS:

Beachhouse Mollymook, and their staff members, are obliged to follow all Public Health Orders. This includes having a CovidSafe plan, and all staff members being fully vaccinated.

If, at any time during your stay, you begin displaying Covid-19 symptoms, please inform reception on 02 4455 1966 so that we can advise on testing options and respond appropriately.

Making a booking and paying a deposit serves as agreeing to all Beachhouse Mollymook policies and adherence to any Public Health Orders in place at the time of stay.

Payment Policy

- A deposit equivalent to 50% when booking directly through the property, 100% when booking through an online third party website.
- Deposits are non-refundable, and in the case of Covid-19 restrictions being re-enforced and travel being impacted, deposits are to be treated as a credit and are transferrable to a new booking to be made in the future. There is no expiry on the credit. This includes if Mollymook/Shoalhaven is nominated as a hotspot and travel is not allowed under the direction from NSW Health.
- Event cancellations are not grounds for an automatic deferral of existing bookings. Previous cancellation policies apply in this situation (full amount payable if guest chooses not to utilise existing booking) unless exempt by management.
- In the event that you are directed to isolate or quarantine by NSW Health and this impacts your stay at the Beachhouse, the above policy applies.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
The amount will be refunded less a $20 rebooking fee, provided the room is rebooked, other wise the full cost of the booking is payable, please book carefully. Please see payment policy section for Covid-restriction related deferrals.
