Terms & Conditions

Check-in time: 3.00 pm and Check-out time 12.00pm : Please do advise us of any changes of your schedule. We will do our best to accommodate arrival and departure times (subject to availability). No Shows are released after the 1st night and are charged in accordance with the cancellation policy

By booking with us, you hereby acknowledge:

Lago loves to party, but not in our rooms. We uphold a no “in the room” party policy to ensure other guests are not impacted. We reserve the right to evict persons from the beach house at the Management’s discretion. You are liable for any damage to the property, caused by yourself or of visiting guests.

For your security, only registered guests with valid identification will be issued a key or be permitted access to your room/villa. Guests must ensure that their room door is secured, at all times. It is advised that all valuables be kept in the provided in-room safe. We cannot be held responsible for any personal or valuable items left in the room or villa.

Please note that we are a non-smoking beach house inside the rooms or villas, smoking in your room will incur a non-refundable IDR 1,000,000 cleaning fee.

For credit card users, The Beach House at Lago is authorized to utilize the credit card provided on the check-in to settle any outstanding balances.

I acknowledge that the liability for my bill is not waived and that I agree to be held personally accountable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or full amount of charge from my stay.

DAMAGE TO OR REMOVAL OF BEACH HOUSE PROPERTY
• Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the room/villa or any furnishings, fittings, and equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, his/her invitees, subcontractors or guests. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, Lago Bali reserves the right to make a charge to the Guest's credit or debit card.
• Lago Bali reserves the right to charge Guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the house by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item

Payment Policy

The reservation holder and/or person paying the account must show a valid, government-issued photo identification upon check-in.

The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated per room type is noted in the room details on our booking engine. Additional charges will apply if room occupancy is exceeded.

For credit card security reasons, the guest must present the credit card utilized for deposit purposes upon their check-in at the Beach house

All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If the accommodation stay has not been prepaid, a pre-authorization will be conducted on arrival at the house for the total accommodation plus IDR 250,000 per room per night as a security bond.

If the accommodation has been prepaid, the security bond only will be pre-authorized. The same credit card will be utilized to complete this transaction on departure. A debit card can only be used to settle payment upon departure but not for guarantee purposes.

All third-party credit card payments require an authorization form if the cardholder is not present at the property, this will include a scanned copy of the credit card (both sides). Bank transfers can be accepted as an alternative payment, provided they are received more than 2 days prior to arrival.

As a default, we will charge the given credit card in Indonesian Rupiah

Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the property.

The remaining balance payment has to be settled by the latest 7 days before arrival.
