Terms and Conditions for Beechmont Hotel Accommodation:
1. Payments: All payments for bookings at Beechmont Hotel will be taken after the booking is confirmed. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit card. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be included in the total amount payable.
2. Booking Cancellations: To cancel a booking, please send an email to bookings@beechmonthotel.com.au with the subject line "Booking Cancellation." The cancellation request must include the booking details, including the reservation number, guest name, and check-in/check-out dates.
3. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancelled bookings will be subject to the following time frame-based policy:
- 14 days or more before the scheduled booking: A 100% refund will be provided to the guest.
- Between 7 days and 14 days before the scheduled booking: A 50% refund will be provided to the guest.
- Between 1 day and 7 days before the scheduled booking: No refund will be provided.
4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used during the booking process.
5. Modification of Booking Dates: If you wish to modify the dates of your booking, it will be subject to availability. Please contact our booking department at bookings@beechmonthotel.com.au for assistance with modifying your reservation.
6. No Shows: In case of a "no show" (failure to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice), the guest will not be eligible for any refund, and the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
7. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process. Any inaccuracies or omissions may result in the cancellation of the reservation or additional charges.
8. Hotel's Right to Cancel: Beechmont Hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to situations where the hotel is unable to provide the accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the guest.
9. Force Majeure: Beechmont Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or governmental restrictions.
10. Liability: Beechmont Hotel will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during your stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and secure their belongings.
