Built in 1914 the Bellbird Hotel captures the grand style of turn of the century Australian country hotels.

Free non secure parking is available, check-in is strictly between the hours of 2pm-8pm if other times are required please contact Hotel to make arrangements

Payment Policy
Payment is made on booking. Ask our friendly staff at the bar or restaurant to check you in. We also require a $50 key deposit on the day of arrival that will be returned to you on check out.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days prior to 2pm on your arrival date. Any booking modifications, including date changes and/or a full cancellation of your booking made within 14 days of your arrival date will incur a charge of the first night booked.
CONCERTS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
All weekends in February, March, April, October and November are strictly non-refundable and cannot be amended or cancelled for any reason due to concerts and events in the Hunter Valley (this includes all other special events advertised on our website). All bookings made for these weekends will be charged upon confirmation. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.This policy supersedes any other terms and conditions written anywhere else for the above-mentioned dates.
NO SHOW POLICY
Failure to arrive at the property, on the booked check-in date, will be treated as a no-show and will incur the first night charge. Please note the remainder of the booking will be cancelled.
