Bellview Estate, Bilpin is unique property nestled upon 43 picturesque acres within the core of Bilpin apple country. Proudly offering a location with views that have to be seen to be believed and personal service that is matched by no other.

We have 5 x cedar studio style cabins on site - ideal for couples to get away from it all and enjoy some peace and quite in beautiful Bilpin. The cabins can sleep a max of 4 guests.

There also is a Large recently renovated 4 bedroom Cottage on the property, ideal for larger families or for family groups or friends to get-away together. The cottage can sleep a max of 10 guests.

All accommodation units are very separate and very private.

There is a strict 'no party' policy within any of the accommodation units.

Each cabin has a Queen bed, and a double sofa bed (fold out lounge that converts to a double bed).

The sofa bed will be made up with a sheet + Extra Quilt and extra pillows are provided for the sofa bed for guests booking for more than 2 guests.

The SUPERIOR cabin has a beautiful large shower area, larger floor space within the bathroom, toilet + vanity. Heat-lamp and fan. (no bath within this cabin)
Our 'Superior' cabin is the same as the Standard Cabin other than the bathroom layout. All cabins are the same size. Furnishings (lounge and bed frame style) differ slightly.
Bed linen, Towels and hand towels are included.

Each cabin has a magnificent un-interupped view from the private balcony over the grounds and over the Grose Valley - simply breathtaking and it is what keeps our guests coming back. The view is peaceful and serene and has to be experienced to be believed !

The SUPERIOR cabin has a ramp to the entrance door, wider door frames (outside and internally), larger free area within the bathroom to access amenities to allow to elderly or disabled guests requiring extra space.

Reverse cycle Air Conditioning + electric blankets are included as is a ceiling fan.
There is NO STOVETOP or Oven facilities within the cabin. There is a two burner gas BBQ is on the outside verandah. An air fryer, Kettle, microwave & toaster provided. Price includes a small selection cereals, milk & tea/coffee supplies all provided for convenience in your cabin.

Terms & Conditions

Check In:
Check-in time is 2pm, earlier check-in is available only upon request, please call to check before arriving to avoid disappointment.

Check Out:
Strictly 10am
A late check-out can be arranged in some circumstances, $30 per hour if pre-booked or $50 per hour on the day.

Strict NO PARTY POLICY:
We have a strict rule against any kind of party being held at this property. The only guests permitted in the property are those listed in the booking. Please have consideration for the neighbours and other guests at all times and so excessive noise or foul language at any time of the day will not be tolerated. If we find there has been any kind of party or gathering in the property and/or our terms and conditions have been contravened, we reserve the right to evict ALL people from the property at that point, regardless of the time of day, or night. There will be no refund of the booking fee.

Payment Policy

Payment Policy:
Payment of first night accommodation required to secure booking, remainder payment due the day before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Payment is non refundable unless cancellation is made at least 4 weeks prior to occupancy. Cancellations between 1 - 4 weeks prior to occupancy will be offered a credit for use within 12 months. Cancellations made less than 7 days days prior occupancy will be charged the full amount. Changing of booking date may be possible under some circumstances (not within 7 days of intended stay), please call 02 4567 2117 or email to make arrangements. A $30 administration fee is payable by the guest for each amended or cancelled booking.
