A valid credit card will need to be supplied for stay (a debit card is not a credit card and will not be accepted). A $100 fully refundable security bond will be held for the duration of your stay on this card.
Smoking in rooms is not accepted.
Pets are not permitted at Belmont Homestead.

Due to insurance liability issues, the homestead pool is unavailable to guests or members of the public.
Due to the nature of the Belmont heritage building and the rooms being spaced out on the property, we are unable to provide wifi services. There is phone coverage.
No show without appropriate cancellation will result in the first night tariff being charged.
Payment Policy
Full payment is to be made prior to commencement of accommodation. Credit will not be extended. Payment may be made with credit card, eftpos card, debit card or cash. We do not accept AMEX or Diners
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to check-in date and time or guest is liable for the first night.
