Benmore provides a traditional mountain lodge experience. With communal kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. It is a great environment for families, small groups, or people who love to socialise with new and interesting people who are also enjoying their time in the mountains.

On day of arrival bags can be left in basement before Check-In, however no access to the drying room, living areas, or rooms is permitted prior to 5PM.
Kitchen and Common areas to be cleaned after use. Remember, other people have to use these areas so be as courteous as possible.
As a means to remain affordable and accessible each room is allocated duties for their stay. This is listed on your door and is generally a simple task such as removing recycling or vacuuming a common area.
Prior to Check Out it is required that each room is returned to the way it was found at check in and vacuumed.
Strictly no Children under the age of 5
All children must be accompanied by an adult

-Benmore Ski Club has a BYO Liquor License. Responsible consumption of alcohol is strictly enforced and underage drinking is prohibited.
-Benmore Ski Club reserves the right to eject any guest without refund for unsocial behaviour.
-Benmore Ski Club reserves the right to charge a reasonable amount to guests credit card to cover any damages caused during their stay.
-Benmore Ski Club reserves the right to charge a late check out fee up to a full nights rate to guests credit card for anyone who has not vacated the lodge by 5PM on their day of departure.
-Benmore Ski Club reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to $100 per room to guests credit card if room is not left in a reasonable condition prior to departure.

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival will receive Full refund less $50 booking fee
No refund for Cancellation within 30 days of arrival.
We subscribe to the Mt Buller Snow Guarantee. If you would like to make a cancellation due to snow conditions please follow the guide at the link below. A $50 booking fee applies to Snow Guarantee Cancellations
