This perfectly located motel is surrounded by well-maintained luscious gardens that abound, in daytime, with native birdlife. All motel rooms reflect the atmosphere of a true country motel. Facilities include river views and BBQ facilities and outdoor seating. Each room is clean and tastefully decorated. Terrace rooms have been completely renovated and include coffee pod machines. All rooms contain queen beds, with free wi-fi for all guests. Fresh milk is available in our guest kitchen.

CONDITIONS OF STAY
Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope that you enjoy your stay.
Please note if you have made your booking through Qantas, you will need to phone our property as soon as possible to provide your mobile number.
Qantas and Qantas Holidays share a 1300 number that is irrelevant for your booking and doesn't allow us to share important check in detail with you.
By making a booking to stay at our Motel, you agree to be bound by the conditions as below:
Multiple Room Bookings
Multiple room bookings (3 or more rooms) will require a 50% non-refundable or transferable deposit on all rooms booked at time of booking to secure rooms.
Normal cancellation policy applies within 48 hours of 100% charge within this time frame. Main guest making reservation will be responsible for all room charges including any additional cleaning charges.
No multiple room reservations will be accepted without contact details of that person staying including mobile and email.
In compliance with Privacy Laws, details of other Guests will not be provided.
Check-in
Our 2pm check-in time is steadfast as we simply cannot turn around the entire motel daily to accommodate guests attending the 14 weddings held weekly in Berrima. Our team work hard to guarantee your room will be ready at 2pm. If it is essential for you to arrive earlier to accommodate the wedding you are attending, please book the night before, this will give you the earlier room access you need or consider an alternative solution. Taxis are available to take you to your venue on 02 48 724 800 and maybe a more convenient option for you to enjoy your day.
Check-out
On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10:00 am. Requests for late check-out cannot be accommodated.
Parking
Onsite parking is reserved for in house guests only. One motor vehicle per room. Please park your vehicle in your allocated parking bay. Additional cars to be parked in neighbouring streets. Trucks, trailers, campervans and motorhomes are not permitted.
Guest Kitchen
We do not provide meals however, Complimentary fresh milk and cereal packets are available.
Please check package labelling to ensure you consider any personal food intolerances.
Special Requests
Please advise the Motel in advance should you require a Portacot, rollaway bed (children aged up to 12 years), or shower chair.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on Motel Property or guest rooms. Exemption for service animals with valid government issued certification and the guest must provide for bedding and pet needs.
No Smoking Policy
All rooms are designated non-smoking. Smoking of cigarettes, tobacco products, e cigarettes or vapes are not permitted in guest rooms or outside guest room doorways. Evidence of smoking in guest rooms will be subject to our fees and charges.
Please use the designated smoking area provided next to room 1. Please ensure all butts are placed in the butt bin located on the wall.
Swimming Pool - please note the pool will be closed permanently on Monday 4th March.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult and under strict supervision.
- Guests must not enter the pool whilst under the influence of alcohol, medication, or illicit substances.
- Food and Beverage and glassware is not permitted in the pool area.
- Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
- Caution must be exercised.
BBQ
Guests undertake to reasonably clean the BBQ and equipment after use and to dispose of all rubbish in the bins. Cooking/ cleaning utensils are located in the cupboard in the guest kitchen.
Caution is to be exercised in the operation of the BBQ.
Fees and Charges
Entry to BBM rooms is conditional upon supply of a valid credit card and valid government issued identification.
If in the course of a guests stay, and attributable to any guests or visitors of that room, should any unforeseen expenses become apparent, the guests credit card will be charged an amount, appropriate to the expense, at a rate determined by the management of the Motel. In addition, until the affected room is fit for future guests, the appropriate nightly rate will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Fees chargeable to a guest account include, and are not limited to:
- Smoking, smoke odour, room degradation (such as vomit, red wine spills, blood, general damage, and any issue sufficient to result in a room being withdrawn from future sale).
- Stains to bedding and towels resulting from body tanning products.
Damage to Motel Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the motel property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered email address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. In severe cases the guest will be liable for any loss of revenue that the motel suffers while the room is being repaired.
Cancellation
Reservations cancelled outside of 48 hours of intended arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled at/within 48 hours of intended arrival date will result in forfeiture of the applicable one-night stay.
Enforcement of Terms & Conditions
Copies of the Terms and Conditions are available at Motel Reception, in each motel room, and website. By making a reservation at the Motel, you agree to be subject to these terms and conditions.
Correction and Changes
The information on the property website may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or changes may relate to product description, pricing, and availability.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Our Responsibility
The Motel is not responsible for, or liable for any damage, theft, or loss of any items, property, or valuables on or at the Motel premises.
The Motel is not responsible for, or liable for, any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, or fatality arising from whatsoever reasons whilst occupying a room or on Motel premises.
We reserve the right to refuse booking requests from Customers who provide false or misleading information.
Berrima Bakehouse Motel reserves the right to cancel any reservations where credit cards are invalid, declined, or payments have not been paid in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Payment Policy
Rates for ALL reservations are subject to change without notice.
To secure every booking, lodgement of valid credit card details is mandatory, however, payment is not processed until the day of check in.
All multiple room bookings (3 rooms or more) require a 50% non refundable deposit at time of booking to secure these rooms.
Under no circumstances will access to your room be provided until full payment is received. Split payments by room occupants is not available.
Berrima Bakehouse Motel reserves the right to cancel any reservations where credit cards are invalid, declined, or payments have not been paid in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty will be incurred for cancellations where 48hrs notice prior to check-in time is provided.
Failure to cancel will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night rate.
Cancellations automatically generate an email of confirmation. Please ensure you retain your cancellation email for your own protection.
Cancellation of multiple room bookings results in the loss of the 50% pre paid deposit.
We strongly recommend that all customers secure Travel Insurance.
